Elizabeth McGuire
Executive Director
Elizabeth McGuire, Executive Director: began her Arts Administration career in 2011 as the Producing Artistic Director, and Co-Founder of ToUch Performance Art, a multi-media performing arts company specializing in immersive production. Through ToUch she was Artist in Resident at American Repertory Theater at Harvard, producing three original shows between 2011 and 2016, and helped lead the company sustainably for ten years. In 2019, she joined BBK as a Teaching Artist and fell in love with its mission. In January 2020 she joined admin as a Program Manager, and throughout the pandemic has grown with the organization into her position as Managing Director. Her fervor for and experience evolving an artistic small business sustainably helps her lead BBK into its next phase of growth.
Samantha Parrish-Khan

Samantha Parrish, Director of Education: After receiving a BFA in Theater, Sam began her prolific Teaching Artist career, directing dozens of educational shows, and serving as a lead Teaching Artist with several organizations, for nine years, introducing theater to underserved areas in NYC and across America, reaching over 2,000 students. After spending years developing and directing the free BBK Saturday Programs for students who are under-resourced in the performing arts, Samantha is extremely passionate about creating free and reduced cost programming all around the city. As Education Director, Samantha is committed to DEIAJ work through the arts, providing arts education that is rooted in serving students of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures. Samantha’s experience as a master Teaching Artist and advocate helps guide the BBK programs with quality, artistry and integrity.
Samantha Blain
Program Manager
Samantha Blain, Program Coordinator: is a Cuban-American multidisciplinary artist, educator, and arts leader committed to expanding innovation and arts accessibility. As Co-Artistic Director of the NYC-based Hit The Lights! Co. (HTL!), she creates original work that blends inventive storytelling with a commitment to community impact. Under her leadership, HTL! was awarded a 2025 Jim Henson Foundation Grant for ISLA, named a Company-in-Residence at Ars Nova, nominated for an Off-Broadway Alliance Award, and collaborated with Vogue Magazine for their 2020 March cover story.
Samantha co-created and published a children’s book titled “Pocket Guide for Imaginary Friends”. A passionate advocate for arts education, she serves on the board of Broadway Bound Kids and also supports the organization as a program manager. As a director, mentor, and performer, her work spans Off-Broadway, national tours, TV/film, and major cultural institutions including BAM, La MaMa ETC., and New York City Center.
She holds a BFA in Musical Theater from Emerson College, a certification in curriculum development from Rutgers University, and is a proud alumna of Atlantic Acting School, where she received the Special Merit Award.
Delia Kemph
Program Manager
Delia Kemph, Program Coordinator: is an administrator, actor, and teaching artist based in NYC, and joined the BBK administrative team in 2022. As a teaching artist, Delia has worked for numerous arts education organizations and early learning centers in the tri-state area, including Hoboken Children's Theater Company, CenterStage Stars, and Broadway Bound Kids. She holds a BFA in Drama from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and splits her time between choreographing, acting, teaching, and performing stand-up comedy around New York City. Delia is the co-producer and co-host of Energizer Honeys, a live variety show which strives to highlight up-and-coming female, LGBTQ+, and voices of color in the comedy world.

Development Associate
Frankie Giovannetti, Development Associate: has been with the organization since 2010 as a student, intern, teaching artist and now she is part of the administrative team. Frankie graduated top of her class at Marymount Manhattan College with a degree in Business and Art History. Inspired by her time at BBK and getting to know the nonprofit landscape, she dedicated her education to studying nonprofit management, fundraising for the arts, and development. Frankis is dedicated to ensuring BBK can grow and sustain the programming we offer, establish new foundational connections, increase our event success, and create rewarding stewardship and donor relationships.
Brit Sellers
Marketing Manager
Brit Sellers, Marketing Manager: Coming from a background of fashion, jewelry, print/media, and theater, Brit Sellers has had an eclectic journey through her marketing career. Excited to be joining BBK from The Public Theater, she is elated to engage the wonderful community that BBK has nurtured as Marketing Manager.
