Broadway Bound Kids is a transformative and inclusive community that inspires young lives through the performing arts. We provide comprehensive interactive programs for Pre-K through 12th Grade in the performing arts that focus on enhancing technical skills, social emotional learning, confidence, connection, mindfulness, and creativity. Inclusion and access are central to our programming and organizational culture as we work to break down societal and financial barriers for youth, their families, and their communities.

What’s Next?
Join us in forging a new path for arts education!
Arts education programs are in jeopardy of losing key federal funding for the fiscal year of 2027. These crucial programs that serve underserved communities and nearly 2,250 BBK students in New York City will lose the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant due to the “Skinny Budget”, which will effectively eliminate Broadway Bound Kids’ Community-Based Organization partners.
BBK’s teachers will also be impacted, as there will be fewer teaching opportunities available to our roster of highly-skilled and caring Teaching Artists. We aim to raise the Lead Teaching Artists’ base salary to alleviate the these losses and the affordability crisis in New York by promoting competitive rates.
By raising $25,000, we can forge a new path in arts education for students and Teaching Artists losing federal funding! This is our call to action!
